Scope of work
The advisory work covers the full standard-implementation cycle: a gap analysis against certification requirements, preparation and review of quality management system documentation (procedures, instructions, records), support with HACCP and traceability in the feed chain, and preparing a company — and its staff — for the certification audit carried out by an independent certification body. The work spans companies across different links of the feed chain: production of feed and premixtures, trade and storage of raw materials and finished feed, and feed transport.
