License to use the digital products
Applies to the documentation templates, checklists and forms sold in the gmpplus.pl Shop. Version 1.0. Forms an integral part of the Shop Terms of Service.
1. Subject of the license
The Licensor is Quality Assurance Poland, ul. Ołowiana 2/4/65, 53-434 Wrocław, Poland, NIP (Tax ID) 832-178-51-73 (the "Licensor"). Once payment for the selected Product is confirmed, the Licensor grants the Buyer (the "Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased file (the "Material") on the terms described below. The purchase does not transfer economic copyright in the Material to the Licensee — the Licensor remains its owner.
2. Permitted use
Under this license the Licensee has the right to:
- download and save the Material on any number of devices owned by the Licensee or their organization,
- edit, adapt and supplement the Material for the internal purposes of their own business or the organization for which it was acquired,
- print the Material and use it as part of that organization's internal processes, audits and training.
3. Restrictions
Without separate, written consent from the Licensor, the Licensee does not have the right to:
- resell, rent out, sublicense or otherwise make the Material (including modified versions of it) available to third parties, in particular as a standalone product or as part of a competing offer,
- publicly share the Material (e.g. publish it online, in open repositories, or on forums) in a way that allows it to be downloaded by unauthorized persons,
- remove information about the origin of the Material from its content, where such information was included in it.
The license covers one organization (business entity), indicated indirectly by the e-mail address provided when ordering. If the Material needs to be used by several separate entities (e.g. a corporate group, or an advisory office serving multiple clients), please contact [email protected] to arrange a multi-seat license.
4. Nature of the Material
The Materials sold in the Shop are template and auxiliary in nature — they are a starting point for building your own documentation, procedures or analyses, and require adaptation to the specifics of a particular process, plant and product range. Purchasing a Material is not equivalent to obtaining GMP+, FAMI-QS, EFISC-GTP or QS certification, nor a guarantee of a positive audit outcome — the Licensee is responsible for the compliance of any solutions implemented on its basis with the requirements of the relevant standard.
5. Liability
The Licensor makes every effort to ensure the Materials are prepared reliably and in line with current industry knowledge at the time of publication, but is not liable for decisions made by the Licensee based solely on the Material, without an individual verification of its compliance with applicable regulations and the requirements of the relevant certification standard.
6. Duration and termination of the license
The license is valid indefinitely from the moment of purchase. The Licensor may revoke the license in the event of a gross violation of its terms (in particular unauthorized sharing or resale of the Material to third parties), after first requesting that the violation cease.
7. Final provisions
Matters not regulated by this License are governed by the Shop Terms of Service and the laws of Poland, in particular the Act on Copyright and Related Rights.
